Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy relates to the eVoucher Redemption application ("Application").

In these Terms, "your user content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this Application, for whatever purpose.

You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You further grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

You must not submit any user content to the Application that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this Application, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon this Application.
Notwithstanding our rights under theseTerms in relation to user content, we do not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on this Application.

Personal Information we collect

The information we collect about you depends on your use of the Application you use and subscribe to. It includes (but isn't limited to) the following:

• your name, account information, telephone contact details and email address;
• your preferences, use and feedback in relation to use of the Application; and
• your contact with us - such as a note or summary of a call you make to one of our contact centres, an email or letter you send to us or other records of any contact you have with us; and
• IP addresses, location information, orrespondence, evaluations, surveys.

Privacy and sharing summary

No data is shared with 3rd parties unless otherwise stated, except for the client which is the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development Kenya who is the custodian of vouchers and subsidies.

No personal or sensitive data is accessed or shared by the app, nothing of a sensitive sort is collected and used or shared.

Data is securely handled using data-in-transit and data at rest.

Data retention is minimum 90 days and our deletion policy allows for the user to delete his/her data upon request, also aligned with the Privacy Laws of Kenya, South Africa and also aligned with GDPR in Europe.

Use and analysis of your personal information

We may use and analyse your information to:

• keep you informed generally about new features on Application (unless you choose not to receive our marketing messages);
• provide the relevant service or product to you. This includes other services not included in your agreement with us, and services that use information about where you are when using your mobile equipment (location information) and to contact you with messages about changes to the Application and/or service;;
• bill you for using our Application, or to take the appropriate amount of credit from you;
• respond to any questions or concerns you may have about using our Application and associated services;;
• understand how you use our Application;
• carry out research and statistical analysis including to monitor how users use our Application on an anonymous basis;
• provide aggregated reports to third parties (such reports do not contain any information which may identify you as an individual).

We'll store your information for as long as we have to by law. If there's no legal requirement, we'll only store it for as long as we need it.
